BizOptim provides process diagnosis, workflow digitalization guidance, key indicator setup, and continuous improvement routines for small businesses. Our consultants work directly with your team to identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice, and our recommendations are operational in nature.
You agree to provide accurate information about your current workflows, grant reasonable access to relevant staff and systems during the engagement, and commit to implementing agreed action items. Delays in providing necessary information may affect project timelines and outcomes.
BizOptim is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions arising from the use of our recommendations. Our total liability for any claim related to a consulting engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We do not guarantee specific financial results or productivity gains, as outcomes depend on execution and business context.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days. Upon termination, you pay for services rendered up to the termination date. Unused prepaid amounts are refunded within 30 days.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
