Service terms, definitions, and boundaries
Diagnostic session scopeThe initial diagnostic covers process mapping, time tracking, and a written summary of bottlenecks. It does not include implementation work, software setup, or staff training. Those are quoted separately after the diagnostic report is delivered.
Digitalization deliverablesWe identify repetitive tasks that can be automated with tools your team already uses or with low-cost alternatives. We provide a step-by-step setup guide and a test checklist. We do not build custom software or integrate systems that require developer access.
KPI frameworkIndicators are selected based on your business model, team size, and current data availability. We define targets, measurement frequency, and review routines. If your data is incomplete, we first agree on a collection method before setting any baseline.
Improvement routinesContinuous improvement sessions are scheduled weekly or biweekly depending on your capacity. Each session has a clear agenda, a follow-up list, and a defined owner for every action item. We do not run sessions without a documented agenda.
Client responsibilitiesYou provide access to relevant documents, tools, and team members during the engagement. We assume that information shared is accurate and current. Delays in providing access may shift the timeline, and we will confirm any revised dates in writing.
Confidentiality and dataAll operational data, financial figures, and internal documents are treated as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties. After the engagement ends, you receive a copy of all reports and templates created during the project.
